Now, I know you might be thinking 'Eh? Christmas in August?' But fear not! As this post is an exception, as I recently had the pleasure of attending the Jo Malone 'Theatre Of Christmas' Event! Can we just fast forward to Christmas now please?

After several wrong turns, I finally arrived at the destination! As I walked into the venue, I was hit by the divine scent of their upcoming Christmas Candle - Pine & Eucalyptus. A fresh woody scent, that epitomises the phrase; 'Winter Wonderland.'

I then made my way up the stairs, and was offered a Marmalade & Orange drink by a masked model. The ambience of the event was magical, and the masked models added a mysterious, theatrical vibe to the place! The full Jo Malone Christmas Collection was presented out on a table, and almost immediately I made a beeline for the iconic Jo Malone Advent Calendar! I can reveal that the Advent Calendar will be available exclusively to Harrods in October, and then will be released Nationwide in November! Just a subtle hint for you all out there in case you need to start planning on what to buy this year...

As I made my way around the table, I couldn't help but be in awe of how gorgeous everything looked. From the newly designed bottle of their 'Pomegranate Noir', to the personalised 'Scented Christmas Ornament', and the glitter sprawled across the Jo Malone gift boxes. As I walked into the dining room, a stunning arrangement of all things 'Christmas' had been presented in a grandeur way. All the while, the scent of the burning candles from the 'Orange Bitters' and the 'Pine & Eucalyptus' were lingering in the air.

Whilst I was waiting for my bag just before leaving, I was asked what my favourite part was. I replied with the scent of the 'Pine & Eucalyptus' and it appeared that I was alone on this, as many others had favoured the Orange Bitters! Nevertheless, the whole event was stunning and has given me a whole batch of ideas on what to buy for my friends and family this year...
